About Holiday Club.
Mill House Holiday Club – Where Every Day Feels Like an Adventure
When the school gates close for the holidays, the fun is just beginning at Mill House Holiday Club. First opening its doors in 2019 (originally as Zac’s Club), our club has grown into a buzzing hub of laughter, creativity, and new friendships, welcoming children not only from Riccall and Escrick but also from Cawood, Stillingfleet, Kelfield, Cliffe, Selby and beyond.
From the moment children walk through the door, their day is filled with opportunities to play, explore, and relax in a warm and caring setting. Some mornings begin with groups of children huddled together, building impressive Lego creations or getting creative at the craft table. Outdoors, dens are built, balls are kicked, and laughter fills the playground as children make the most of their time together.
Our dedicated managers, Levi and Chris, lead the way, supported by their fantastic teams from Riccall and Escrick. Many of the children already know them from before and after school club, so they’re always greeted with familiar smiles and friendly faces. The team are highly qualified, passionate about childcare, and always on hand to join in the fun, lend a listening ear, or spark a new idea for play.
We’re proud to work closely with local schools, complementing the learning children do in class while offering something different—space to unwind, make new friends, and try exciting new activities in a “home from home” setting. Parents can feel reassured that their children are safe, happy, and making memories, while children feel as though their holidays are a true adventure.

Holiday Club FAQ’s
What food will be provided for my child?
Children attending the activity sessions will get a hot meal or they are welcome to bring their packed lunch. A weekly menu will be available to let you know what food will be provided at their sessions.
What do my children need to bring on the day?
In the summer, please bring a hat and sun cream, and for colder sessions, please ensure your children have warm coats, and wellies. We spend some time outdoors every day, so please ensure that your child always has suitable clothing and footwear for the weather outside.
If there are any special requirements, we will be able to let you know what to take on the day, when you book. Make sure you have a chat with us if you have any questions about what to bring, or if you think you may not have suitable clothing/footwear as we may be able to help.
Do you accept children with SEN and Disabilities?
All children are welcome to join us, but where children need more support than their normal age related ratio of 1:8 or 1:10, additional fees may apply.
Please speak to the setting manager before booking: Riccall 07818 811995 or Escrick 07721 062404. Bookings must be made directly with the Manager to ensure sufficient support is in place for your child with SEND.
Parents must join us with their SEN/disabled child for a free stay and play in advance of booking their first session with us to assess the needs of your child and what level of support is required to give the best quality of care.
