Their infectious enthusiasm sweeps through each room, invigorating both learning and play with the nurturing warmth that has become their signature.

Meet the Mill House Team

Here at Mill House, we have an amazing team of well trained, experienced members of staff. All staff members have a fully enhanced DBS and references are checked to ensure their suitability to work with children. Every member of staff is also fully first aid trained and go through extensive Safeguarding training to ensure your little one is in safe hands.

There is a wealth of knowledge between the team. At each site there is a qualified teacher, advanced level 5 practitioners, SENDCo and staff members with over 20 years’ experience of childcare and development.

The team is led by Emily who has over 21 years’ experience working with children and has been running Mill House Childcare since 2014. She is joined by the management team who help support Emily with the day – to – day running of the settings.
